The Recruitment Process
The recruitment procedure starts with advertising your vacancy with our network of specialist local recruitment agencies.
We then conduct telephone interviews to shortlist the best and most relevant candidates for the position.
The shortlisted candidates are then invited to our Delhi office for a personal interview.
Candidates also undergo a half day testing process to prove their English communication skills, technical skill set, the ability to grasp a project, problem solving skills and the ability to innovate technical methods.
The final 2 or 3 candidates are selected to go through to the final decision making process, which is made by our client in the UK, based on the top candidates CV’s along with our expert opinion about each candidate.
